Our Manhattan and Miami hubs offer same-day service across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and South Florida, and local hubs in Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Orlando do the same in their metros, each with a local team, locally sourced coconuts, and hand delivery. Tampa uses scheduled service from Miami. Every other city is served from the nearest hub, with feasibility and lead time confirmed for each venue and date. Our confirmed work includes Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge in Montauk, Vuori and Alo Yoga launches in New York, and Miami events during Art Basel and Miami Swim Week. Do you serve branded coconuts nationwide?
Yes. We run local hubs in ten cities: New York City (with the Hamptons, Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut), Miami (with Palm Beach and South Florida), Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Orlando. Each hub has a local team, locally sourced coconuts, and hand delivery, with same-day service in its metro subject to capacity. Tampa runs on scheduled transit from Miami. Everywhere else in the United States runs on three weeks of notice: the nearest hub plans and proofs your branding, and its team runs your event on site.
Do you ship branded coconuts by mail?
No. Fresh coconuts are a perishable, chilled product, so we serve events rather than ship boxes. Every order is delivered cold to your venue on the day, with on-site attendants available to crack and serve.
How much lead time do cities outside our hubs need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large activations and conventions. Hub cities run two weeks standard with rush options inside 72 hours subject to capacity.
Is service outside our hub cities priced differently?
The coconuts and branding are the same everywhere. The minimum is fifty coconuts in the New York, Miami, and Las Vegas metros and one hundred coconuts everywhere else. Events outside our hub cities add travel and fulfillment costs, which we quote transparently up front rather than folding into the per-unit price.
