The Baird Center finished a 456 million dollar expansion in May 2024 that doubled the building to about 1.3 million square feet, with a 300,000 square foot contiguous exhibit hall and a rooftop ballroom, and it now hosts more than 200 events and close to a million attendees a year. Summerfest brings roughly 600,000 music fans to the lakefront every summer, Harley-Davidson and Northwestern Mutual are headquartered in the city, and Fiserv Forum and American Family Field run hospitality all season. A newly doubled hall means newly doubled swag tables. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk can display your logo while guests enjoy a fresh drink.

Can you supply a booth at the Baird Center?
We coordinate the request with the show organizer and the venue’s exclusive caterer. A whole coconut is proposed booth hospitality, not a small product sample. Outside supply, refrigerated delivery, and attendants depend on written approval, available facilities, and any permits or venue fees. Your quote confirms the approved service plan.
How much lead time do Milwaukee events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in Milwaukee?
