McCormick Place is the largest convention center in the United States, with about 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space and roughly 2.6 million attendees a year, and its calendar runs from IMTS and the National Restaurant Association Show to RSNA, PACK EXPO, and the Chicago Auto Show. Rosemont adds the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center next to O'Hare. Every one of those halls is full of booths handing out the same tote bags and pens. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk is a different kind of giveaway. Your logo is visible while guests enjoy the drink, with a service plan built around your booth and venue rules.
We serve Chicago from a local hub. A local Chicago team sources and hand-brands the coconuts locally and hand-delivers them chilled, with same-day service in the Chicago metro subject to capacity. Same coconut, same cold chain, same standard as our New York and Miami hubs.
Plan the quantity around your booth hours, expected guests, and storage space. Booth service depends on written approval from the organizer and venue caterer. We coordinate the request and confirm the approved delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees before service.
Our Chicago hub also supplies Kansas City events on three weeks of notice. Review the Kansas City planning page for venue questions and scheduled delivery. The minimum there is one hundred coconuts, and service depends on the agreed delivery plan and required approvals.

Do you serve Chicago?
Yes. Chicago is one of our hub cities. A local Chicago team sources and hand-brands the coconuts locally and hand-delivers them chilled to your venue, with same-day service in the Chicago metro subject to capacity. Same standard, same certifications, and same playbook as our New York and Miami hubs. The coconut in your attendee’s hand meets the same spec we delivered for Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge.
Can you supply a booth at McCormick Place or in Rosemont?
We coordinate a request with the organizer and the venue caterer. Outside supply is not guaranteed: written approval determines delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees. A whole coconut does not automatically qualify as a product sample. The approved service plan is confirmed before service. Send the show name, dates, venue, and expected guest count so we can confirm feasibility and timing.
How much lead time do Chicago events need?
Two weeks standard from our Chicago hub, with rush inside 72 hours when capacity allows, and four to six weeks for large conventions. Show calendars are booked far ahead anyway, so loop us in when you confirm your booth and we can check the organizer deadlines. Artwork proofs come back within three business days.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in Chicago?
Yes. Product launches, client hospitality, sales kickoffs, and summer brand programs get the same treatment as our Neutrogena and 818 Tequila activations at The Surf Lodge. Chicago is a headquarters town with a busy festival season, and a branded coconut travels well from a Fulton Market launch to a Grant Park afternoon.
What about weddings and private events?
