Las Vegas hosts the biggest trade shows and conventions in the country, and every booth is fighting the same fight for attention. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk can display your logo while guests enjoy a fresh drink. We serve Las Vegas from a local hub: a Las Vegas team sources and hand-brands the coconuts locally and hand-delivers them chilled, with same-day service on the Strip subject to capacity, under the same standards as our New York and Miami hubs. Weddings, pool parties, and private events get the same treatment.

- Certified and insured
- PrimusGFS food-safety certified. Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours of booking.

Do you serve Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas is one of our hub cities. A local Las Vegas team sources and hand-brands the coconuts locally and hand-delivers them chilled to your venue, with same-day service in the Las Vegas metro subject to capacity. Same standard, same certifications, and same playbook as our New York and Miami hubs. Same spec we serve at The Surf Lodge, delivered to the Strip.
Can you supply a Las Vegas convention or trade show booth?
We coordinate a request with the organizer and the venue caterer. Outside supply is not guaranteed: written approval determines delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees. A whole coconut does not automatically qualify as a product sample. The approved service plan is confirmed before service. Send the show name, dates, venue, and expected guest count so we can confirm feasibility and timing.
How much lead time do Vegas events need?
Two weeks standard from our Las Vegas hub, with rush inside 72 hours when capacity allows, and four to six weeks for CES, SEMA, NAB, and other major show weeks. Convention calendars are booked far ahead anyway; loop us in when you book your booth and we can check the organizer deadlines.
Which Las Vegas venues do you deliver to?
The Las Vegas Convention Center, The Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, Caesars Forum, Resorts World, MGM Grand, Fontainebleau, and Wynn, plus the pool and dayclub venues along the Strip. We coordinate with each venue's caterer, loading dock, and refrigeration rules so the coconuts arrive chilled and on time.
Which Las Vegas trade shows can you supply?
CES and World of Concrete in January, MAGIC Las Vegas in February and August, NAB Show in April, Money20/20 USA in October, SEMA Show in November, and AWS re:Invent at year end, plus the pool-season brand programs that run from March through October. Book four to six weeks ahead for the biggest show weeks and we will check the organizer deadlines with you.
What does a Las Vegas booth order include?
Artwork proofing within three business days, hand-branding of every coconut, chilled delivery to the floor, and the option of on-site attendants who crack and serve all day. Pricing is per coconut with a fifty-coconut minimum and volume pricing past 200 units. No travel line, Las Vegas is a hub city: delivery and staffing are itemized in the quote, and quotes come back within four business hours.
Do you serve pool parties and dayclubs?
A chilled branded coconut is built for a cabana. For pool venues and dayclub events, we coordinate directly with the venue’s catering and service teams on delivery and service windows.
