The Georgia World Congress Center has about 1.5 million square feet of exhibit space, the third largest in the United States, on a downtown campus shared with Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena. It hosts IPPE and MODEX, and the campus reports millions of attendees a year. Atlanta ranks fifth on Cvent's 2025 list of top North American meeting destinations, and the metro is home to about 15 Fortune 500 headquarters, including The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, The Home Depot, and UPS. That adds up to a lot of booths, a lot of client hospitality, and a lot of swag that ends the day in a hotel trash can. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk does not. Attendees line up for it, photograph it, and carry it through the hall with your mark facing out.

Do you serve Atlanta?
Yes. Atlanta is one of our hub cities. A local Atlanta team sources and hand-brands the coconuts locally and hand-delivers them chilled to your venue, with same-day service in the Atlanta metro subject to capacity. Same standard, same certifications, and same playbook as our New York and Miami hubs. Can you supply a booth at the Georgia World Congress Center?
We coordinate a request with the organizer and the venue caterer. Outside supply is not guaranteed: written approval determines delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees. A whole coconut does not automatically qualify as a product sample. The approved service plan is confirmed before service. Send the show name, dates, venue, and expected guest count so we can confirm feasibility and timing.
How much lead time do Atlanta events need?
Two weeks standard from our Atlanta hub, with rush inside 72 hours when capacity allows, and four to six weeks for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or your event date and we can check the approval and delivery requirements. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in Atlanta?
Yes.
