A custom branded coconut is a premium young Thai coconut with your mark applied directly to the husk, chilled to drinking temperature, and served cracked with a straw and a spoon for the jelly. Clients call them many things: personalized coconuts, monogrammed coconuts, engraved coconuts, coconuts with a logo. It is one product, and one craft. The refreshment, the photo prop, and the keepsake in one object. Since 2020 we have branded coconuts for weddings, experiential brand activations, trade show booths, and hotel programs across New York and South Florida, from a single private dinner to 2,000 units a day in peak season.

How does the custom branding work?
Two methods. Heat branding presses your artwork into the husk with a food-safe branding iron for a burnt, organic look. Food-safe ink stamping prints crisp, high-detail artwork in color. We proof your logo, monogram, or design at coconut scale within three business days so you approve exactly what guests will hold.
What artwork works best on a coconut?
Bold, high-contrast marks: logos, monograms, wordmarks, and simple illustrations. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the cleanest result, but we can work from a high-resolution PNG. Fine photographic detail does not translate to a husk, and we will tell you honestly if a design needs simplifying.
What is the minimum order for custom branded coconuts?
Fifty coconuts. Typical weddings run 75 to 300, activations 100 to 1,000 plus. Volume pricing scales meaningfully past 200 units.
How far in advance do we need to order?
Two weeks standard, which covers design proofing and production. Rush service inside 72 hours is available in the NYC and Miami metros subject to capacity.
Where do you deliver?
Same-day across New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut, and South Florida from hubs in Manhattan and Miami. Every delivery is refrigerated, and full-service coconut catering with on-site attendants who crack and serve is available for any event.
