A custom branded coconut is a premium young Thai coconut with your mark applied directly to the husk, chilled to drinking temperature, and served cracked with a straw and a spoon for the jelly. Clients call them many things: personalized coconuts, monogrammed coconuts, engraved coconuts, coconuts with a logo. It is one product, and one craft. The refreshment, the photo prop, and the keepsake in one object. Since 2020 we have branded coconuts for weddings, experiential brand activations, trade show booths, and hotel programs across New York and South Florida, and now in every major US city, from a single private dinner to 2,000 units a day in peak season.

Send your artwork, get a proof at coconut scale within three business days, approve, and we produce to your event date with the cold chain intact door to door.

How does the custom branding work?
We hand-brand each coconut with your logo, monogram, or artwork using a food-safe heat press. Artwork proofs come back within three business days so you can approve the design before production.
What artwork works best on a coconut?
Bold, high-contrast marks: logos, monograms, wordmarks, and simple illustrations. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the cleanest result, but we can work from a high-resolution PNG. Fine photographic detail does not translate to a husk, and we will tell you honestly if a design needs simplifying.
What is the minimum order for custom branded coconuts?
Fifty coconuts in the New York, Miami, and Las Vegas metros, one hundred everywhere else. Typical weddings run 75 to 300, activations 100 to 1,000 plus. Volume pricing scales meaningfully past 200 units.
How far in advance do we need to order?
Two weeks standard in our ten hub cities, which covers design proofing and production. Rush service inside 72 hours is available in hub metros subject to capacity. Every other city runs on three weeks of notice.
Where do you deliver?
Same-day in our ten hub metros: New York (including Long Island and the Hamptons), New Jersey, Connecticut, South Florida, and Chicago, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, and Orlando. Every other major US city on three weeks of notice from the nearest hub. Every delivery is refrigerated, and full-service coconut catering with on-site attendants who crack and serve is available for any event.
