How does Orlando service work?
Orlando runs on scheduled transit from our Miami facility. Your artwork is proofed and produced by the same team that serves Miami Swim Week and Art Basel, then delivered cold to your Central Florida venue with on-site attendants available. Allow three weeks of lead time.
Can you supply an Orlando convention or trade show booth?
Yes. Orlando hosts some of the largest conventions in the country, and a chilled branded coconut is the booth giveaway attendees line up for and photograph. We coordinate with convention center food and beverage rules and staff the booth so the line keeps moving.
Is there a surcharge for Central Florida?
A modest transit surcharge applies to Central Florida deliveries and is waived on orders above 200 coconuts. Branding, chilling, and on-site service are quoted the same as everywhere else.
Do you serve the theme park resort hotels and Lake Nona?
Yes. Resort hotels, International Drive venues, Winter Park, and Lake Nona are all within our Orlando coverage. Tell us the venue and we will confirm access and delivery windows in the quote.
