Tales of the Cocktail brings the spirits industry to town every July, and Jazz Fest and French Quarter Fest draw brand programs in spring. Do you serve New Orleans?
Yes, we serve New Orleans, on three weeks of notice from our nearest hub, Atlanta. Your branding is proofed and planned by the Atlanta team, and a lead from that team runs your event on site under our quality standards. The coconut in your guest’s hand meets the same spec we delivered for Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge.
Can you supply a booth at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center?
We coordinate a request with the organizer and the venue caterer. Outside supply is not guaranteed: written approval determines delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees. A whole coconut does not automatically qualify as a product sample. The approved service plan is confirmed before service. Send the show name, dates, venue, and expected guest count so we can confirm feasibility and timing.
Is this the same as a Zulu Mardi Gras coconut?
No, and we have a lot of respect for that tradition. The Zulu coconut is a hand-decorated keepsake thrown during Mardi Gras. Ours is a fresh, chilled young coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk, cracked and served as a drink at your booth or event. Different object, different moment, same city that loves a coconut.
How much lead time do New Orleans events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. The city’s spirits-industry week in July and festival season in spring book up early, so loop us in as soon as your date is set. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
What about weddings and private events?
Monogrammed welcome coconuts for French Quarter courtyards, Garden District homes, Uptown venues, and rehearsal dinners in the Marigny. The minimum order is one hundred coconuts, and on-site attendants are available on request; confirm availability for your city.
