Can you supply a booth at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center or the Santa Clara Convention Center?
We coordinate the request with the show organizer and the venue’s exclusive caterer. A whole coconut is proposed booth hospitality, not a small product sample. Outside supply, refrigerated delivery, and attendants depend on written approval, available facilities, and any permits or venue fees. Your quote confirms the approved service plan.
How much lead time do San Jose events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in San Jose?
