Custom branded coconuts in San Diego.
Convention booths, Gaslamp Quarter activations, and coastal celebrations across San Diego. Your logo hand-branded on chilled coconuts by the team behind Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge.
A bayfront hall and a district that spills out of it
The giveaway that walks the Gaslamp.
The San Diego Convention Center has about 615,000 square feet of exhibit space on the bayfront, right next to the Gaslamp Quarter, and hosts roughly 750,000 attendees a year. It is home to Comic-Con International each summer and the ASH annual meeting, plus a steady calendar of biotech, medical, and technology conferences, and San Diego ranks seventh on Cvent's 2025 list of top North American meeting destinations. During the biggest shows the Gaslamp Quarter becomes one of the most activation-dense districts in the country, with brand offsites and daily giveaways spilling out of the hall. In that crowd, a pen disappears. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk gets photographed, held for the next hour, and carried down Fifth Avenue with your mark facing out.
We serve San Diego as a destination market. Branding is proofed and planned by the team behind our New York and Miami operations, and fulfillment runs through our traveling leads with vetted local partners under our quality standards. Same coconut, same cold chain, three weeks of notice.
A typical San Diego Convention Center order runs from a few hundred coconuts for a single booth to a thousand a day for a sponsor activation, refrigerated to the floor each morning and served by our attendants in your booth. The palm-leaf band or straw sleeve can carry a QR code that lands on your lead form, so every coconut that leaves the hall is a scan your team can follow up on the next week.

San Diego FAQs
San Diego questions.
How does San Diego service work?
San Diego is a destination market for us. Your branding is proofed and planned by the team behind our New York and Miami operations, and fulfillment runs through our traveling leads with vetted local partners under our quality standards. The coconut in your guest’s hand meets the same spec we serve at The Surf Lodge.
Can you supply a booth at the San Diego Convention Center?
Yes. We coordinate the venue’s food and beverage rules, the loading dock, and floor refrigeration, deliver chilled to your booth, and staff it with attendants who crack and serve for the full show day. During the biggest shows we can also serve a Gaslamp Quarter offsite, where the badge-free crowd gathers.
How much lead time do San Diego events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in San Diego?
Yes. Biotech and technology company events in La Jolla and along the Torrey Pines corridor, product launches, client hospitality, and offsites during convention weeks all get the same treatment as our Neutrogena and 818 Tequila activations at The Surf Lodge.
What about weddings and private events?
Monogrammed welcome coconuts for Coronado, La Jolla, Del Mar, and Carlsbad coastal venues. A chilled coconut belongs on a San Diego beach. The minimum order is fifty coconuts, and on-site attendants are available to crack and serve for the full event.
