Do you serve Austin?

The coconut in your guest’s hand meets the same spec we delivered for Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge.
Can you supply a conference booth or sponsor activation in Austin?
We coordinate the request with the show organizer and the venue’s exclusive caterer. A whole coconut is proposed booth hospitality, not a small product sample. Outside supply, refrigerated delivery, and attendants depend on written approval, available facilities, and any permits or venue fees. Your quote confirms the approved service plan. With the convention center rebuilding, we work directly with the host hotel or venue on access and refrigeration.
How much lead time do Austin events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in Austin?
Yes. SXSW brand houses, ACL and F1 hospitality, tech launches downtown and at The Domain, and client events in East Austin all get the same treatment as our Neutrogena and 818 Tequila activations at The Surf Lodge. Festival weeks book early, so bring us in when your activation is confirmed.

Monogrammed welcome coconuts for Hill Country weddings in Dripping Springs and Fredericksburg, Lake Austin estates, and downtown rooftop receptions. The minimum order is one hundred coconuts, and on-site attendants are available on request; confirm availability for your city.
