The Henry B. González Convention Center sits right on the River Walk with about 514,000 square feet of exhibit space, the Alamodome next door, and a hotel inventory built for conventions. Fiesta San Antonio fills the city every April, USAA, Valero, and H-E-B are headquartered here, and the Pearl and Southtown have become the launch and hospitality districts. Texas heat and a riverside convention hall make the case for us. A chilled coconut with your logo hand-branded on the husk can display your logo while guests enjoy a fresh drink.
We serve San Antonio on three weeks of notice from our nearest hub, Dallas. Branding is proofed and planned there, and a lead from the Dallas team runs your event on site under our quality standards. Same coconut, same cold chain, same standard.

Before you book
Plan your San Antonio convention service.
For a Henry B. González Convention Center activation, begin with your organizer and RK Group catering contact. RK Group is the exclusive food and beverage provider. A branded whole coconut is a proposed hospitality item that needs an approved serving plan.
- Confirm the catering route
- First ask RK Group whether it offers the requested product. If it does not, RK Group and the venue decide whether an outside exception is available. Requests outside the sampling rules must come from the organizer in writing for venue approval.
- Arrange dock access
- Deliveries must take place during contracted event dates. Confirm your authorized loading dock, daily security check-in, and receiving contact before dispatch. A delivery appointment does not replace foodservice approval.
- Agree on receiving and storage
- Coordinate approved product receiving and storage with RK Group. Ask for the approved refrigeration and serving arrangement before placing the order. Do not assume a whole coconut qualifies as a permitted sample or that cold storage is included.

Can you supply a booth at the Henry B. González Convention Center?
We coordinate the request with the show organizer and the venue’s exclusive caterer. A whole coconut is proposed booth hospitality, not a small product sample. Outside supply, refrigerated delivery, and attendants depend on written approval, available facilities, and any permits or venue fees. Your quote confirms the approved service plan.
How much lead time do San Antonio events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in San Antonio?
