The Oregon Convention Center has about 255,000 square feet of exhibit space, the largest in the Pacific Northwest, and the sportswear industry that surrounds it runs a launch calendar few cities can match: Nike in Beaverton, Columbia Sportswear, and adidas North America are all headquartered in the metro. The Pearl District and Alberta Arts host the brand programs, and Willamette Valley wine country and the Columbia River Gorge host the retreats and weddings. Before you book
Plan your Oregon Convention Center service.
Levy Restaurants is the Oregon Convention Center's exclusive food and beverage provider. Start with your show organizer and Levy catering manager: outside food and beverages require prior written approval, and a whole coconut should not be assumed to qualify under the venue's sampling rules.
- Confirm the Levy catering route
- Exhibitors who do not qualify for product sampling must purchase booth food and beverage giveaways through Levy under OCC's terms. Ask Levy and the venue whether branded coconuts can be included in that catering arrangement, and confirm the serving plan, approvals, fees, and permits before ordering.
- Use the show's receiving plan
- Your show manager assigns move-in times and loading ramps. Exhibitor freight goes to the show's contractor; OCC does not accept or ship it. Confirm the receiving contact and delivery window before dispatch.
- Plan cold storage and service
- Confirm refrigeration or storage needs, the approved serving area, and the handoff to attendants before finalizing the order. Do not assume venue refrigeration is available or included. Keep the approved plan with your event instructions.

Do you serve Portland?

Can you supply a booth at the Oregon Convention Center?
We coordinate the request with the show organizer and the venue’s exclusive caterer. A whole coconut is proposed booth hospitality, not a small product sample. Outside supply, refrigerated delivery, and attendants depend on written approval, available facilities, and any permits or venue fees. Your quote confirms the approved service plan.
How much lead time do Portland events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in Portland?
Yes. Sportswear and footwear launches, campus events in Beaverton, client hospitality in the Pearl District, and retreats in the Willamette Valley and the Gorge all get the same treatment as our Neutrogena and 818 Tequila activations at The Surf Lodge.
