Broward County runs off our Miami hub.
Fort Lauderdale sits inside our Miami same-day range: allow about an hour of transit beyond Miami-Dade. The Broward County Convention Center opened its east expansion in October 2025, about 1.2 million square feet in total with a 350,000 square foot contiguous exhibit hall and a 65,000 square foot waterfront ballroom, and the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show brings roughly 100,000 visitors and 1,000 exhibitors to the water every fall. Add the cruise groups moving through Port Everglades, the beach hotels along A1A, and Las Olas, and Fort Lauderdale is the busiest event calendar between Miami and Palm Beach. Boat show week on the water.
Late October into November, the boat show fills every marina and hotel from the convention center to Las Olas. Exhibitor hospitality, dockside client events, and after-parties all want the same thing: a cold drink with a logo on it that photographs well against a hull.

Can you supply a booth at the Broward County Convention Center?
We coordinate with your venue and caterer before service. Written approval determines outside supply, delivery, refrigeration, staffing, permits, and any venue fees. A whole coconut is not automatically an approved product sample. We coordinate delivery from our Miami hub. Start planning four to six weeks ahead for convention dates.
Is Fort Lauderdale same-day like Miami?
Yes. Fort Lauderdale is within our same-day range from the Miami hub. Orders placed before 8 a.m. deliver the same day; allow about an hour of transit beyond Miami-Dade.
Do you deliver to yachts and marinas during the boat show?
Yes. Provide the marina, slip number, and captain or crew contact when booking and we deliver dockside, chilled, with attendants available for owner events and charters.
How is Fort Lauderdale priced?
The same way as Miami: per coconut with a fifty-coconut minimum and volume pricing past 200 units. Any transit line is shown up front in the quote, and quotes come back within four business hours.
