Hamptons Coconuts runs two facilities, in Manhattan and Miami, that cover our home markets same-day: the five boroughs, Long Island, the Hamptons, New Jersey, Connecticut, and South Florida. Central Florida and the Gulf Coast run on scheduled transit from Miami. Everywhere else in the country is destination service. The same team proofs your artwork and plans production, and fulfillment runs through our traveling leads with vetted local partners held to the spec we serve at The Surf Lodge. Neutrogena, 818 Tequila, Vuori, and the Biltmore Hotel Miami all get the same coconut. So does your event in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or a city we have not listed yet.

Do you serve branded coconuts nationwide?
Yes. Our home markets (New York City, the Hamptons, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, Miami, Palm Beach, and South Florida) get same-day service from our Manhattan and Miami hubs. Central Florida and the Gulf Coast run on scheduled transit from Miami. Everywhere else in the United States is destination service: our team plans and proofs your branding, and fulfillment runs through traveling leads with vetted local partners under our quality standards.
Do you ship branded coconuts by mail?
No. Fresh coconuts are a perishable, chilled product, so we serve events rather than ship boxes. Every order is delivered cold to your venue on the day, with on-site attendants available to crack and serve.
How much lead time do destination markets need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large activations and conventions. Home markets run two weeks standard with rush options inside 72 hours in the NYC and Miami metros.
Is destination service priced differently?
The coconuts, branding, and minimums are the same everywhere (fifty coconuts). Destination events add travel and fulfillment costs, which we quote transparently up front rather than folding into the per-unit price.
