The swag problem at SEMA Show
Hospitality alongside the builds.
A SEMA booth can combine product demonstrations, vehicle displays, and conversations with buyers. A chilled coconut can support a hosted break between those activities. Plan the service point away from vehicles and equipment, leave room for a queue inside your booth, and give attendants an approved place to handle shells. Check the show schedule and expected guest mix when allocating quantities across the four days.
A chilled coconut puts your logo on a fresh drink served at the booth. Opening and serving it can give your team time to start a conversation. Plan a clear invitation and a follow-up process, then measure actual conversations after the event.
On the floor at the LVCC
Approval before service.
SEMA’s published catering instructions require food and beverage vendors and services at the Las Vegas Convention Center to be contracted through Sodexo Live!. Ready-to-eat food prepared outside the building is not permitted, and sampling requests are reviewed individually with no guarantee of approval. A whole coconut is not automatically a permitted sample. We coordinate the proposed service with show management and Sodexo Live!, including sanitation, storage, delivery, staffing, and any venue fees. Booking depends on written approval and a service plan accepted by the caterer. Your artwork is proofed within three business days, and our local Las Vegas hub hand-brands every coconut and hand-delivers it to the floor within the approved service plan. Refrigerated delivery and attendants are arranged within the approved service plan. We are PrimusGFS certified and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue within 24 hours of booking.
Show details and venue policies can change. Sources checked September 14, 2026 for show figures and October 8, 2026 for venue guidance: SEMA 2025 results, SEMA exhibitor service manual, SEMA catering policy and sampling request. Confirm the current exhibitor instructions before booking.
