On the floor at McCormick Place
Approval before service.
OVG Hospitality is the exclusive food and beverage provider at McCormick Place. We coordinate the proposed coconut service with OVG, the venue, and show management, including any permit, delivery, storage, staffing, or fee requirements. A whole coconut is not automatically eligible for a sampling exception, and outside supply may be restricted. Service depends on written approval and may need to be arranged through the venue caterer. Your artwork is proofed within three business days, and our local Chicago hub hand-brands every coconut and hand-delivers it to the floor within the approved service plan. Refrigerated delivery and attendants are arranged within the approved service plan. We are PrimusGFS certified and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue within 24 hours of booking.

Pricing is per coconut with a one-hundred-coconut minimum and volume pricing past 200 units. Delivery and on-site fulfillment are quoted transparently as a separate line. Send the booth size, show days, and expected traffic and a quote comes back within four business hours.
