On the floor at the Anaheim Convention Center
Approval before service.
Anaheim Convention Center sampling terms distinguish exhibitor product samples from food used to attract booth traffic. Aramark approval is required for outside distribution; traffic-promoting items may need to be purchased through the caterer. A whole coconut is not automatically a permitted sample. We coordinate the request with the organizer and caterer, confirm any health permits and serving-material rules, and record the approved delivery, refrigeration, staffing, and fees before service. Your artwork is proofed within three business days. Every coconut is hand-branded, and fulfillment in Anaheim and Orange County runs from our nearest hub, Los Angeles, whose team runs the booth on site under our quality standards. Refrigerated delivery and attendants are arranged within the approved service plan. We are PrimusGFS certified and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue within 24 hours of booking.
