CES exhibitors plan for a large international audience moving between several campuses. A coconut service should fit your demonstration schedule and keep waiting guests clear of neighboring booths. Give the logo room to read and agree on the service location before ordering. A meeting lounge and a small demo booth need different quantities, refrigeration, and staffing.
A chilled coconut puts your logo on a fresh drink served at the booth. Opening and serving it can give your team time to start a conversation. Plan a clear invitation and a follow-up process, then measure actual conversations after the event.
On the floor at the LVCC
Approval before service.
At the Las Vegas Convention Center, food and beverage arrangements run through the venue and its exclusive caterer, Sodexo Live!. We request written permission for the proposed coconut service and confirm any sanitation, storage, delivery, and staffing requirements. A whole coconut is not automatically eligible for a product-sampling exception. Outside supply may be restricted or the venue may require purchase through its caterer. Approval and any venue fees must be confirmed before service. These LVCC arrangements do not cover the Venetian or Aria; those campuses require separate review. Your artwork is proofed within three business days, and our local Las Vegas hub hand-brands every coconut and hand-delivers it to the floor within the approved service plan. Refrigerated delivery and attendants are arranged within the approved service plan. We are PrimusGFS certified and provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the venue within 24 hours of booking.

Can you serve branded coconuts at a CES booth?
We can coordinate a request. At the Las Vegas Convention Center, food and beverage arrangements run through the venue and its exclusive caterer, Sodexo Live!. Start planning four to six weeks ahead for CES. Confirm the organizer deadlines and approval timing before committing. That allows time to request food and beverage approval, dock time, and refrigeration. Approval timing varies by venue. Artwork proofs come back within three business days. How many coconuts does a CES booth need?
Start with the number of guests you want to serve and the hours your team can staff the booth. Review the current floor plan and daily program before splitting quantities across show days. We help plan the quantity against your booth location, refrigeration, and approved service arrangements, with a fifty-coconut minimum.
Can the coconut carry our logo and a partner or show logo?
Yes, if you have permission to use each mark. One face can carry your logo and the other an authorized partner brand, campaign hashtag, or booth number.
What does a CES coconut booth cost?
Pricing is per coconut with a fifty-coconut minimum and volume pricing past 200 units. Delivery and on-site fulfillment are quoted transparently as a separate line. Send the booth size, show days, and expected traffic and a quote comes back within four business hours.
