Conferences & Expos

The trade show giveaway nobody throws away.

Your logo hand-branded on a chilled coconut, served at your booth, carried across the floor by every attendee who stopped. Convention cities nationwide.

The swag problem

Most booth swag dies in the hotel trash can.

Tote bags, pens, stress balls, another water bottle. Exhibitors spend real budget on giveaways that never leave the convention hall, and the booths handing them out look like every other booth. A chilled coconut with your logo branded into the husk is a different category of object. Attendees line up for it, hold it for the next hour, photograph it, and carry it past every competitor's booth with your mark facing out. The line at your booth becomes the lead-capture moment you paid for the booth to create.

On the floor

How a coconut booth works.

01. The draw

Our attendants crack and serve chilled coconuts at your booth, each one branded with your logo. Attendees see the line and the coconuts in hand across the floor, and they come to you.

02. The capture

A badge scan or a QR code on the straw sleeve turns the giveaway into a qualified lead. Your team talks to a relaxed prospect holding something they like, not a hurried one grabbing a pen.

03. The walk

Every attendee carries your logo through the hall for the next hour, into meetings, into photos, into the after-party. One coconut, hundreds of impressions, all inside the venue you paid to be in.

Logistics, handled

Convention centers are our kind of venue.

Venue coordination

Exclusive-caterer rules, sampling permits, loading docks, and floor refrigeration. We coordinate all of it with the venue so your team never touches the paperwork.

Cold chain and staffing

Refrigerated delivery to the floor, attendants who crack and serve for the full show day, and a food-safe branding process certified to PrimusGFS standards.

Multi-day and multi-city

Fresh branding each day, sponsor and show marks on the same coconut, and the same team following your booth from Las Vegas to Orlando to New York across a show season.

Proof and reach

Built for brands. Now on the floor.

We built our name on brand activations: Neutrogena and 818 Tequila at The Surf Lodge, Vuori and Alo Yoga launches in Soho, Havaianas and Patbo in Montauk. The same craft now runs on the convention floor, where we supplied custom-branded coconuts as the signature swag for a conference expo booth this season. Convention cities are where the swag budgets live, and we serve them coast to coast: New York's Javits Center and the Miami, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles markets today, with destination service to more than 30 convention cities, Boston to Seattle, on three weeks of notice.

Exhibitor FAQs

Booth questions.

How does a branded coconut booth work on a trade show floor?

We deliver chilled, logo-branded coconuts to your booth and staff it with attendants who crack and serve throughout the show day. The coconut becomes the reason attendees stop, the line becomes your lead-capture moment, and every attendee walks the floor carrying your logo. Pair it with a badge scan or a QR code on the straw sleeve and the giveaway pays for itself in qualified leads.

Do convention centers allow outside food and beverage?

Most convention centers have an exclusive caterer, and sampling programs run through a permit or a service fee. We handle that coordination for you, including loading dock timing, refrigeration on the floor, and the venue paperwork. Loop us in when you book your booth and we manage the rest.

How many coconuts does a booth need?

It depends on your traffic and hours. A focused booth at a mid-size show typically runs a few hundred per day, a sponsor-level activation at a major show runs into the thousands across the event. Tell us expected attendance and booth hours and we will size it with you.

How far in advance should we book?

Four to six weeks for major conventions, which covers artwork proofing, production planning, venue coordination, and travel for destination cities. Three weeks is workable for smaller shows in our home markets.

Which convention cities do you serve?

New York (including the Javits Center), Miami, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles are live today. We also run destination service to every major US convention city, including Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Boston, Washington, San Francisco, Denver, Nashville, and Seattle, on three weeks of notice. See every market on our locations page.

Can the coconut carry a sponsor logo and the show logo?

Yes. We regularly brand two marks on a single coconut, for example a sponsor logo on the front and the event mark on the reverse, and can vary the design across days of a multi-day show.
