The Henry B. González Convention Center sits right on the River Walk with about 514,000 square feet of exhibit space, the Alamodome next door, and a hotel inventory built for conventions. Fiesta San Antonio fills the city every April, USAA, Valero, and H-E-B are headquartered here, and the Pearl and Southtown have become the launch and hospitality districts. Texas heat and a riverside convention hall make the case for us. Can you supply a booth at the Henry B. González Convention Center?
Yes. We coordinate the venue’s food and beverage rules, the loading dock, and floor refrigeration, deliver chilled to your booth, and staff it with attendants who crack and serve for the full show day. A QR code on the straw sleeve or palm band turns the giveaway into a captured lead.
How much lead time do San Antonio events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations in San Antonio?
