How does Dallas service work?

Can you supply a booth at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center or Dallas Market Center?
Yes, and the same goes for the Fort Worth and Irving convention centers. We coordinate the venue’s food and beverage rules, the loading dock, and floor refrigeration, deliver chilled to your booth, and staff it with attendants who crack and serve all day. A QR code on the straw sleeve turns the giveaway into a captured lead.
How much lead time do Dallas events need?
Three weeks standard, four to six for large conventions. Loop us in when you confirm your booth or event date and the logistics fall into place. Artwork proofs come back within three business days, and quotes within four business hours.
Do you handle corporate events and brand activations across DFW?
Yes.
