Miami's premier branded coconut vendor, in one 2026 guide.
Where to order in South Beach, Coral Gables, Wynwood, and beyond. Pricing, lead times, Art Basel and Swim Week logistics, and the Miami venues we work with year-round.
If you are producing a wedding, Art Basel activation, pool-deck runway, or private dinner in Miami and want custom branded coconuts as the welcome amenity, this guide answers the questions we hear in the first twenty minutes of every Miami call. Who delivers, where, how fast, what it costs, and how to plan around Basel and Swim Week.
Hamptons Coconuts is a premier branded coconut operation serving New York and Miami from two dedicated facilities. Our Miami hub opened in 2024 to serve the growing South Florida market and runs year-round, peak through peak. Everything below is specific to Miami. For our NY, NJ, Hamptons, and Connecticut coverage see our NYC sourcing guide.
What a branded coconut is, briefly.
Young Thai coconut, husk shaved to a clean cream-colored surface, hand-branded with your monogram or logo using a food-safe heat press. Chilled to drink temperature. Cracked on arrival, served with a straw, and finished with a small spoon for the jelly inside. Six to eight ounces of naturally sweet water per coconut, roughly the equivalent of one cocktail in glass weight and refreshment value.
Where in Miami we deliver.
Our Miami facility covers Miami-Dade and Broward counties same-day, year-round. That includes all of Miami Beach (South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach), Brickell, Downtown Miami, the Design District, Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Little Havana, and Little Haiti. Fort Lauderdale is included same-day with no surcharge. Palm Beach is reachable with a 90-minute transit window.
For the islands (Fisher Island, Star Island, Indian Creek, Key Biscayne) we coordinate directly with each venue on gate clearance and loading access. Orlando and Tampa weddings and activations are reachable with three weeks of lead time for scheduled transit runs from the Miami hub.
Miami venues we know cold.
Biltmore Hotel Miami Coral Gables (luxury weddings and private dinners). 1 Hotel South Beach (pool-side coconut service). Faena Hotel Miami Beach (cabana and rooftop programs). Nobu Hotel Miami Beach (private event service). The Deck at Island Gardens (yacht-club and private dinner series). The Setai, Four Seasons Miami, EDITION Miami Beach, and the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne all fall within our regular delivery footprint. If your Miami venue is not on this list we are probably still familiar, send us the address and we will tell you what to expect at the loading dock.
Lead time.
Two weeks standard. Rush service within 72 hours is available in Miami-Dade with capacity, plus a rush surcharge. For Art Basel (first week of December) and Miami Swim Week (June), book eight to ten weeks ahead. Those two weeks fill faster than anything else on our Miami calendar. For wedding season (November through May), three to four weeks is comfortable. For Central Florida, West Coast, and Orlando transit runs, allow three weeks.
What branded coconuts cost in Miami.
Minimum order is fifty coconuts. Pricing scales with volume: a 100-unit order sits at our standard per-unit rate, a 250-unit order gets a meaningful volume discount, a 500-unit order (major Basel activation, large wedding, full-day Swim Week showroom) gets our best rate. Quotes include custom branding, chilling, delivery anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward, and basic on-site setup.
On-site coconut attendants are a per-hour add-on. Most 150-guest Miami weddings come in between $2,500 and $4,500 depending on customization and on-site needs. Large brand activations (1,000+ coconuts across a multi-day Basel presence) live in the $18,000 to $30,000 range.
Miami logistics: what actually matters.
Heat. It is the thing most out-of-market coconut suppliers get wrong. A Miami event in June at 92 degrees on a sunless hotel deck is a very different cold-chain challenge than a Hamptons rooftop in May. Our Miami team handles it with refrigerated transport, on-site ice baths, dedicated coconut attendants, and pre-chilled inventory staged at the venue an hour before doors.
Loading-dock windows at South Beach and Brickell luxury hotels are tight and enforced. We coordinate window timing with each venue event manager directly so your catering team is not waiting on us. For Fisher Island, Star Island, and Indian Creek we handle gate clearance paperwork in advance.
We carry general liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours. Every luxury Miami venue asks for this and we treat it as standard.
Miami use cases we see most.
South Florida weddings. The welcome amenity is the biggest wedding use case in Miami. Branded coconuts at arrival, handed to every guest as they walk in, monogram in every photograph. We supply Biltmore Coral Gables, 1 Hotel South Beach, The Setai, and dozens of private Miami estates every wedding season.
Art Basel activations. Gallery VIP nights, branded showroom openings, satellite fair installations, private collector dinners. The first week of December runs on branded coconuts across Wynwood and the Design District. We typically book this block in August and September.
Miami Swim Week. Pool-deck runway shows, showroom launches, sponsor activations across South Beach and Mid-Beach hotels. Swim Week is the single highest-volume week on our Miami calendar. Book early.
Hotel amenity programs. Ongoing summer and winter rooftop and pool programs. Weekly or bi-weekly delivery cadence. We have supplied recurring programs at 1 Hotel, Faena, and other Mid-Beach properties.
Yacht and private island events. Fort Lauderdale marinas, Key Biscayne beach clubs, Fisher Island gate-access events, Star Island owner activations. These require extra logistics coordination and we handle them regularly.
Why local matters, and why we are the premier option.
A Miami-only coconut operation covers Miami well but stops there. A New York-only operation cannot reliably serve Miami at all. Hamptons Coconuts runs dedicated year-round facilities in both Manhattan and Miami, so the couple planning a Tri-State to Miami destination wedding gets one point of contact for both halves of the weekend, one branding standard, one insurance certificate, and one quote. That operational breadth is why we are the premier branded coconut partner for clients producing across both markets, and why our Miami work holds its own against market incumbents for any event that touches both coasts.
The fastest path to a Miami quote is our quote form. Pricing and availability returned within four business hours. For a deeper look at Miami, Palm Beach, and statewide Florida coverage, see our Miami page and Florida statewide page.
Miami branded coconut FAQs.
Where in Miami can you deliver branded coconuts?
Same-day delivery across all of Miami-Dade and Broward counties year-round from our Miami facility. Regular service to South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Wynwood, the Design District, Downtown Miami, Edgewater, Midtown, and Coconut Grove. We also serve Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Star Island, and Indian Creek by coordinated delivery with each venue.
How far in advance should we order for a Miami event?
Two weeks standard for any Miami event. For Art Basel (early December) and Miami Swim Week (June), book eight weeks ahead because we have had to turn away late requests during peak weeks. For wedding season (November through May), three to four weeks is ideal. Rush service within 72 hours is available with capacity.
What does a branded coconut cost in Miami?
Minimum order is fifty coconuts. Most Miami orders fall between 100 and 500 units with volume discounts scaling meaningfully above 200. Pricing includes custom branding, chilling, delivery across Miami-Dade and Broward, and basic on-site setup. On-site coconut attendants (someone to crack and serve) are available at an hourly rate.
Do you deliver to Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale?
Yes. Fort Lauderdale is within our same-day delivery radius from the Miami hub with no surcharge. Palm Beach is reachable with a 90-minute transit window and a modest mileage surcharge that is waived on orders above 200 coconuts. See our dedicated Palm Beach page for details.
Can you supply Art Basel and Miami Swim Week activations?
Yes, these are two of our busiest weeks of the year. Art Basel (early December) and Miami Swim Week (June) fill our calendar fastest, often eight to ten weeks out. We regularly supply gallery VIP nights, brand showroom activations, pool-deck runway shows, and private Art Basel dinners across Wynwood, the Design District, Mid-Beach, and South Beach.
How do you handle Miami summer heat?
All deliveries are refrigerated. On-site coconut attendants keep the cold chain intact through service with ice baths and insulated coolers. We regularly serve outdoor Miami weddings, Fort Lauderdale yacht events, and Key Biscayne beach activations at 90 degrees plus without quality loss. Coconuts are cracked on arrival to order and served immediately.
Do you have insurance and COIs for Miami venues?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours of booking. Most Miami luxury venues (1 Hotel, Faena, Nobu, The Setai, Four Seasons) require this, and we handle it as standard practice.
