1. Services

Hamptons Coconuts provides custom-branded young Thai coconut delivery and related services to private and commercial customers. Specific order details, pricing, and deliverables are set out in the quote we send you in response to your enquiry. Your acceptance of that quote constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders and deposits

A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) is required to secure an event date. The balance is due seven (7) days prior to the event. Orders under $1,500 may be paid in full at booking.

3. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations more than 30 days before the event date: deposit refunded minus a $250 administrative fee. Cancellations 15 to 30 days before: 50% of deposit retained. Cancellations within 14 days: full deposit retained. Date changes are subject to availability and may incur a date-change fee. Force majeure (including extreme weather that prevents safe delivery) is handled case-by-case.

4. Branding approvals

We provide a digital branding proof within three business days of receiving your artwork. Production begins upon your written approval. We are not responsible for errors in branded output that match an approved proof.

5. Delivery

Delivery windows are stated in your order confirmation. We use commercially reasonable efforts to hit agreed windows; delays caused by venue access, weather, or traffic outside our control are not grounds for refund. If we miss an agreed window by more than 90 minutes due to our operational error, a prorated credit is issued.

6. Food safety

Hamptons Coconuts is PrimusGFS certified. All coconuts are handled per food-safety best practices. Once coconuts are delivered to you, responsibility for maintaining proper serving temperature and time-window passes to the customer or their catering team.

7. Intellectual property

You represent that you have the right to use any logos, marks, monograms, or artwork you supply for branding. You grant us a limited license to reproduce your artwork on coconuts for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and the right to photograph finished coconuts for portfolio and marketing use unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Liability

Our maximum liability under any order is limited to the total amount paid for that order. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.
