Branded coconuts suit Florida weather better than almost any favor, amenity, or activation prop on the market. We run a Miami facility year-round to serve the full state: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties directly, with transit routes to Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville for scheduled events. South Florida is where most of our Florida volume lives. Art Basel, Miami Swim Week, Fort Lauderdale yacht season, and The Breakers in Palm Beach each pull regular orders. For Central Florida and West Coast weddings, allow three weeks lead time and we bring the full service to you.

Do you deliver branded coconuts across all of Florida?
Yes. South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach) is covered same-day year-round from our Miami facility. For Orlando, Tampa, Naples, and Jacksonville, we schedule transit routes with three weeks of lead time. Any Florida zip code is reachable with enough runway.
How do Florida rates compare to the Northeast?
Base branding and coconut costs are the same. Florida deliveries within South Florida are included in the quote. Central Florida and the West Coast carry a modest transit surcharge, waived above 200 coconuts.
What is the busiest Florida season?
November through May is peak for weddings, Palm Beach season, and Art Basel in early December. Miami Swim Week in June is the highest-volume week of the year. Book eight weeks ahead for Basel and Swim Week.
Can you handle outdoor Florida events in peak summer heat?
Yes. All deliveries are refrigerated. Our on-site attendants keep the cold chain intact through service. We regularly serve outdoor Miami weddings and Fort Lauderdale yacht events at 90 degrees plus without quality loss.
