What a branded coconut is, briefly.

Young Thai coconut, husk shaved to a clean cream-colored surface, hand-branded with your monogram or logo using a food-safe heat press. Chilled to drink temperature. Cracked on arrival, served with a straw, and finished with a small spoon for the jelly inside. Six to eight ounces of naturally sweet water per coconut, roughly the equivalent of one cocktail in glass weight and refreshment value.

Where in NYC we deliver.

Manhattan (all of it, including Upper East Side, Upper West Side, Harlem, Midtown, Hell's Kitchen, Chelsea, Meatpacking, the West Village, Greenwich Village, Soho, Tribeca, the Financial District, and the Lower East Side). Brooklyn, including Williamsburg, Dumbo, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights, Greenpoint, Cobble Hill, and Bushwick. Queens, primarily Long Island City and Astoria. Same-day delivery anywhere in the five boroughs for morning orders.

Long Island, the Hamptons (Montauk through Westhampton), and the Jersey Shore are all reachable same-day in summer season from our Manhattan hub. Connecticut is covered for Fairfield County down into the shoreline. There is no NYC-area delivery surcharge on any of this.

Lead time.

Two weeks standard for any New York City event. Rush service within 72 hours is available in Manhattan subject to capacity, with a rush surcharge. For summer weddings in the Hamptons, plan six to eight weeks out — our peak-season capacity fills fastest in June and July. For fall and winter NYC corporate events, three weeks is usually comfortable.

What branded coconuts cost in NYC.

Minimum order is fifty coconuts. Pricing scales with volume: a 100-coconut order sits at our standard per-unit rate; a 250-coconut order gets a meaningful volume discount; a 500-coconut order (large fashion activation, major wedding, or multi-day corporate program) gets our best rate. Quotes include custom branding, chilling, delivery anywhere in the five boroughs, and basic on-site setup.

On-site coconut attendants — someone dedicated to cracking and serving throughout cocktail hour — are a per-hour add-on. Most 150-guest NYC weddings come in between $2,500 and $4,500 depending on complexity. Major brand activations (1,000+ coconuts over a full day) live in the $15,000 to $25,000 range.

NYC logistics: what actually matters.

Loading docks. Freight elevators. Rooftop permits. Cold chain in 90 degree summer heat. These are the things that sink an event if the coconut supplier does not think about them. We do. For rooftop venues with narrow freight-only access, we deliver via refrigerated cargo bike out of our Manhattan hub. For loading-dock venues we coordinate window timing directly with the venue's event manager so your catering team is not waiting on us.

We carry general liability insurance and issue Certificates of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours. Most NYC luxury venues require this. Some Hamptons venues require it too; same process.
