Branded coconuts in the Hamptons.
Our home market. Five years supplying Montauk to Southampton weddings, estate events, and the East End's most recognized hospitality programs. Here is how we work out here.
Our brand name is literally Hamptons Coconuts. The East End has been our home market since 2020, when we branded our first coconuts for a backyard Southampton wedding and realized there was something real here. Five summers later we are the premier branded coconut vendor in the Hamptons, running a Montauk summer operation out of Manhattan with ongoing partnerships at two of the East End's most iconic venues.
If you are planning a Hamptons wedding, a Surf Lodge-adjacent brand activation, a private estate dinner, or an East End hotel amenity program, this guide covers what we know and how we work out here.
What a branded coconut is, briefly.
Young Thai coconut, husk shaved to a clean cream-colored surface, hand-branded with your monogram or logo using a food-safe heat press. Chilled, cracked on arrival, served with a straw. Six to eight ounces of naturally sweet water. The jelly along the shell walls is eaten after with a small wooden spoon.
Where in the Hamptons we deliver.
All of the East End from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Montauk (our summer home base). Amagansett. East Hampton. Wainscott. Sagaponack. Bridgehampton. Water Mill. Southampton. Quogue. Westhampton. Plus Shelter Island and the North Fork vineyards. Same-day delivery throughout peak season on morning orders.
Off-season (late October through April), Hamptons events are served from our Manhattan hub with a 90-minute transit window. Most off-season Hamptons work is private estate weddings and farewell dinners.
Hamptons venues we work with.
The Surf Lodge, Montauk. Our longest-running hospitality partnership. Branded coconuts on the deck every weekend from May through September, plus bespoke variations for private events, press dinners, and the venue's summer series. If you have seen a branded coconut at Surf Lodge in the last five summers, it was ours.
Hero Beach Club, Montauk. Cabana coconut program and private event service. Regular work at their summer events including Greyson activations.
Gurney's Montauk. Wedding supply and private activations across the oceanfront property.
Bounce Beach Montauk. Branded coconuts for brand events at Bounce, including Patbo activations.
Ketchy Beach, Southampton. Ongoing summer coconut service.
Private estates across the Hamptons. Dozens of wedding weekends each summer at private homes in East Hampton, Southampton, Sagaponack, and Water Mill. Full multi-day packages (rehearsal dinner Friday, wedding Saturday, farewell brunch Sunday) are standard.
Lead time.
Six to eight weeks for peak summer Saturday wedding dates (June, July, first half of August). Four weeks for shoulder-summer weddings. Three weeks for smaller private events and hotel programs during peak. Our calendar blocks fastest on Saturday wedding dates. If you are planning a Fourth of July weekend or Labor Day weekend wedding, reach out as early as you can.
What it costs in the Hamptons.
Minimum order is fifty coconuts. Typical Hamptons weddings we supply run 100 to 400 coconuts. Pricing includes custom branding, chilling, delivery anywhere on the East End, and basic on-site setup. On-site coconut attendants (recommended for summer outdoor weddings at 85 degrees plus) are a per-hour add-on.
Most 150-guest Hamptons weddings come in between $2,500 and $4,500 depending on customization and on-site needs. Multi-day wedding weekends scale up accordingly. No Hamptons delivery surcharge.
Hamptons logistics: what actually matters.
The LIE on a Friday afternoon in July. Jitney bottlenecks at the exits. Montauk Highway at peak. We time our deliveries around actual East End traffic, not optimistic GPS estimates. Our Montauk summer team stages inventory on the East End so we are not making Manhattan-to-Montauk runs on a Saturday morning unless the order came in late.
For estate weddings we coordinate with your wedding planner and catering team on arrival window. Beach-access weddings (Napeague, Ditch Plains, Kirk Park) get coolers and ice on-site, with a dedicated attendant to manage sand-and-sun logistics. COIs for venues that require them are issued within 24 hours.
Use cases we see most in the Hamptons.
Summer weddings. Welcome amenity at arrival, one coconut per guest. This is the highest-volume use case in the Hamptons and we have five years of pattern recognition on what makes a Hamptons wedding coconut work: quiet monograms, two-color branding at most, and an on-site attendant if the ceremony is outdoors in peak July.
Montauk hospitality programs. Weekly or bi-weekly recurring coconut delivery for East End hotels and clubs. Our ongoing Surf Lodge program is the template.
Brand activations. Fashion brands doing East End press dinners, founder lunches, and Hamptons pop-ups. Patbo, Malibu, and Havaianas have all run Hamptons activations through us.
Private family events. Multi-generational family gatherings at estates, summer birthdays, East End milestone weekends.
Why us, out here.
Five years in the market. An ongoing partnership at Surf Lodge. The logistics knowledge of every loading dock from Westhampton to Ditch Plains. Two dedicated Montauk summer attendants and a local inventory staging point. And a brand name that is literally the region we serve. We are the premier branded coconut partner in the Hamptons because we have been doing it here the longest and we have the partnerships to prove it.
The fastest path to a Hamptons quote is our quote form. Pricing and availability returned within four business hours. For a deeper look at our East End coverage, see our Hamptons page.

Do you supply Hamptons weddings at private estates?
Yes, private-estate weddings are a meaningful portion of our Hamptons work every summer. We deliver directly to the estate, coordinate with your caterer on arrival window and setup location, and can provide on-site coconut attendants to handle cracking and serving throughout cocktail hour. Rehearsal dinner on Friday, wedding on Saturday, farewell brunch on Sunday is a standard multi-day package.

Off-season Hamptons events (late fall through spring) are served from our Manhattan hub with a 90-minute transit window.
Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for Hamptons venues?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and can issue a Certificate of Insurance naming your venue as additional insured within 24 hours of booking. Several Hamptons wedding venues require this and it is a standard part of our booking flow.
